Refunds

New families:

  • There is a 2-week window for a full or partial refund, beginning the date of purchase.
  • New family refund requests are to be sent to [email protected]
  • If they have passed the 2-week time period, they are only able to receive a credit to their account (can be used towards the current or following summer)

Current families:

  • There is a 2-week window for a full or partial refund, beginning the date of purchase.
  • If they have passed the 2-week time period, they are only able to receive a credit to their account (can be used towards the current or following summer or tuition).
  • Changes to a camp registration are prohibited, unless approved by RDO.
